Mulled Hibiscus Tea
1 tbsp dried hibiscus calyces
3 orange rinds
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 cups of boiling water honey to taste
In a pot mix the hibiscus, the orange and the spices. Add the boiling water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Add honey to taste and enjoy very hot!
